- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you should know about the business pricing is the customers will know well in advance how much their services will be. Also my prices are subject to change due to the company having specials, and anything extra that the customer wants to add that may not be apart of their services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will introduce myself to them and let them know a little about myself and my business and that I appreciate them taking the time and acknowledgment choosing our company. I will most importantly listen to the customers wants and needs making sure they are gonna be satisfied with the services they're going to receive. Lastly once the job is done ask for the feedback by doing a quick survey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in cleaning. I own a franchise through Jan pro if anyone is familiar with the company. I am trained to clean with certain products but I also do ask my clients do they have any allergies to certain products I may use.
