My son is a gamer and when his computer wouldn't work it's the end of his world. Deonte charged by the hour and estimated he could resolve the issue within an hour. He came to our home, worked with my son, and resolved the issue. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the work Deonte did for us. We had a scam/virus issue and it is gone. He optimized and defragged and other various things to give our laptop a 'tuneup'. It's just what he includes in his service even though I could have done it. Then when he brought it back I asked him about a printer issue. He helped with that as well. His rates are really reasonable. I recommend him.

Problem Statement:
My laptop fell down and Hard drive crashed.
Solution:
Hard drive needs to be replaced as old drive was not repairable. After that windows 10 needs to be re-installed.
Final word:
Deonte is a thorough professional and will help in whatever way possible. I will reach out to him in future as well if any expertise is required on windows laptop.

Absolutely perfect! Mr. Brown contacted me with an offer and followed up diligently and professionally. He met me in a public place and stated that he would get back to me within a couple hours with a diagnosis and that was exactly what he did. My hard drive was fried and Mr. Brown offered me options for repairing my laptop. He ordered the necessary part for me and contacted me after everything was completed. He met up with my daughter and I and walked us through using the laptop and backed his work with a warranty. It was a very, very good experience! I would definitely refer him to others. Thanks so much Mr. Brown!
