Outstanding work. Communicates and responds very fast. Worked with me before hand to find out the problem, shows me which part to order since I wanted to save money. Once the part come in she drove to my work pick up the laptop, fix it the same day, and returned back to me before I was done working. I'm very pleased.

My laptop had a broken screen and was virus infested. I had almost written off this computer after the Geek Squad quoted me at $500 to fix. Sheila quoted me $70 plus the screen and returned it to me in excellent working order within a few days, including waiting time for my new screen to be shipped. I was quickly impressed with her immediate response to all my questions and her friendly, patient demeanor. She also gave me great tips and advice. An example of how quick she responded was when I was at the store purchasing a new anti-virus. She responded so quickly and was willing to talk with the sales person to ensure I picked the right program. Sheila went above and beyond the call of duty. She is now working on my desktop and I'm sure I'll be calling her for all my computer needs.

Sheila helped me out a great deal and was very respectable, quick to respond, and professional. Precisely, she helped me to pinpoint what was wrong with my laptop and gave me some suggestions on what to do next. Though she didn't do any physical work/repairs for me, her advice was excellent and appreciated. I hope to not need many computer repairs in the future, but if I do, I plan on turning to Sheila to get the job done. Thanks!

Sheila is knowledgable and practical in providing economic solutions to computer issues. Her customer service and attitude is exceptional. I have had issues with an external hard drive and Sheila has partnered with me to find the best solution - even contacting the manufacturer! Yes, I am studying for several certifications in my field right now.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to work on computers when my own computer wasn't running correctly. I worked on it for days and fixed the performance myself. I thought that was the coolest thing I have ever done. (Yes you can say it, I'm a geekette)
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common is virus removal. Be careful what you download. Scan all of your downloads with a virus program before installing.
