Yes, I am studying for several certifications in my field right now.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to work on computers when my own computer wasn't running correctly. I worked on it for days and fixed the performance myself. I thought that was the coolest thing I have ever done. (Yes you can say it, I'm a geekette)
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common is virus removal. Be careful what you download. Scan all of your downloads with a virus program before installing.
