- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take at least one new certification test per year, as well as stay on top of the lastest microsoft releases.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into this line of work because it is an ever changing part of the world. I chose to get into small business consulting because I hate to hear stories about how someone paid 5-10 times as much to some big business for a techology fix, that could have cost them a fraction of the price had they known about my company or companies like mine.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
PC repair and viruses make up about 80 Percent of my work. The rest is spread out with phone repair, tablet repair, and wireless setup.
