What a pro! We were having our siding replaced by another contractor and we discovered termite damage in the structure of our patio. We were absolutely devastated! All the main support posts were damaged (see photos). We contacted MDS Contracting and talked with Jeremy. The next morning, as promised, Jeremy, Austin and Greg came out and inspected the damaged patio. Seeing the urgency of the situation, they quickly gave us a detailed estimate for the repairs needed and scheduled the job promptly. They were always on time, very professional and their quality of work was outstanding. Not only did they replace the damaged support posts, they removed the very large patio windows, rebuilt the whole knee wall structure, installed siding and insulated it too! We are so pleased, our patio looks better than it did when we first had it built. (see photos). We would definitely use them again for other projects and we will. Fantastic company!!

The guys at MDS were terrific to work with and did a fantastic job! I was in a bind after getting left hanging by a different contractor who did a little bit of work, took my money and ran. MDS came in and assessed everything to ensure the job was done the correct way, not the cheap and easy way. They were very helpful, offering suggestions and helping me determine how to complete the project to get what I wanted. They communicated incredibly well, were punctual and did an incredible job at a fair price. Could not be happier and intend to use them again for other contracting needs. Thanks guys!
