Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen

Introduction: I'm Mori Willhite and have been teaching/operating Katsumi's Teaching Kitchen for almost 5 years. I teach basic Japanese dishes such as Teriyaki Chicken, Potstickers, and Ramen noodle making. The most popular class is my Intro to Sushi Making. I am half-Japanese and I am a stickler for authenticity. In my class you'll receive recipes and guidance as to where to buy your ingredients to make your Japanese meals. I have a customer loyalty and people come back with other family members and friends.
