Pros: price, flexibility with our changes and he seems like good family man.

Cons: poor communication, requested photos of slab and layout but never received them. He made an error on layout leaving a 1/2 inch gap at the visible end of the countertop which he said he would fix when he installed my backsplash. After ordering the backsplash materials i contacted him and his son several times finish the project. They finally agreed to come out but they never showed up. A week later i asked what happened and when they were coming out to finish. Jose said he was sick. I said sorry, let me know when you are well enough to finish. Another week goes by and i tex first jose then the son and finally both of them
