As a single women I am cautious who comes into my home(and slightly skeptical). Thankfully Zach every step of the way proved to be knowledgeable, professional, authentic, communicated and helped me to understand everything. Nothing strange or off putting about him. I have had a few strange encounters from thumbtack. However, He also kept on the forefront of things the costs along the way. No surprises, which in this economy is important. Before he left I was trying to figure out other projects he could help me with!! I will without hesitation be reaching out to him with other projects that need to be done around my condo. I would highly recommend having him at least come and do a quote and he will with out a doubt exceed expectations!!! Professionally and Financially!! Projects in case: Bathroom exhaust fans. One I tried doing myself and ended up throwing away all the parts and pieces. Zack was able to figure out what brand and get everything in there replaced. I so Grateful for his knowledge and expertise in this case!!

I was looking for a handyman who could do small repairs around my house. I needed a couple of doorknobs and bolts replaced along with replacing a shower head and raising the water level in my toilet. Zac from Zerm came out. He arrived early and got straight to work! While installing my new bolts and knobs we ran ito alignment issues but he knew how to correct it. Now my door closes better than before! He charged me a pretty reasonable price. I will be using Zerm again

This was my first experience hiring work off Thumbtack. Zach was professional, down to earth, and easy to communicate with. I hired Zach to finish a job that started as a DIY and was able to get the job completed within two days of posting it on Thumbtack. Once he got started, he worked efficiently and was in and out in just over an hour. I will keep Zach in mind for future handyman needs and look forward to working with him again in the future! my review starts off with I called a bigger company because I wanted my furnace cleaned and a new thermostat. what I got from the bigger company was I needed a new furnace never got the cleaning never got the thermostat. I call this company for a second opinion. come to find out my furnace wasn't even dirty and yes it would need to be replaced in time but not right now and he came back with reasonable price thermostat and put it on at a reasonable price. and told me to place a few carbon monoxide reader's down stairs and upstairs. when it come time this summer to replace are furnace I will be calling this company back to do the work on the fact he was able to tell me the truth about the situation and got everything i asked for. thank you Zach from Zerm
