my review starts off with I called a bigger company because I wanted my furnace cleaned and a new thermostat. what I got from the bigger company was I needed a new furnace never got the cleaning never got the thermostat. I call this company for a second opinion. come to find out my furnace wasn't even dirty and yes it would need to be replaced in time but not right now and he came back with reasonable price thermostat and put it on at a reasonable price. and told me to place a few carbon monoxide reader's down stairs and upstairs. when it come time this summer to replace are furnace I will be calling this company back to do the work on the fact he was able to tell me the truth about the situation and got everything i asked for. thank you Zach from Zerm
