Hired to repair small section of a porch due to rot and boards not supporting weight. Recognized further rot and that the previous builder did not use treated lumber leading to this problem. Made time and accommodation in his schedule to repair entire porch decking (a significantly larger job). While doing so, reinforced under decking and increased sturdiness/safety of deck. He did not attempt to sell more than what was needed, as remaining under-decking was in serviceable condition.

money by convincing me that many of my old deck boards still had a lot of life left in them. He stuck exactly to his initial labor quote (which was VERY reasonable). Jaime also effortlessly replaced a storm door for me. I highly recommend Jaime and will definitely use him again if/when the need arises.
