If you're thinking about working with It's Not Nought, do it! I needed 6 custom embroidered hats for a bachelorette party, and I needed them within 4 business days. I had given up on getting anything in time, but then I found It's Not Nought! Jeffery happily took on my project, and he was a delight to work with. I messaged him an idea of what I wanted, and he was able to help me bring my vision to life. He converted two PNG files I bought on Etsy into embroidery files, helped me pick a font, made excellent color recommendations, and sent proofs of the designs for me to review. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and my hats turned out perfectly! I can't recommend It's Not Nought enough!
