My condo recently suffered water damage from a broken toilet fixture. The damage extended from the upper to lower level, requiring carpet padding replacement, floor tile replacement, wall painting and ceiling drywall replacement. Mr Walton not only suggested a "trap door" installation in my kitchen ceiling which is directly under the second level toilet, he picked it up from the supply company and installed it. His hours were very convenient for my work schedule and he was affordable!
