I’ve had my boy for a little bit over a year now and Confident Canines has played a significant role in my dogstraining.
Allie is incredibly patient with dogtraining, including training overly hyper ones like my corgi. Her professionalism is very comforting as other dogtrainers I’ve been to have been somewhat passive when it comes to kiwi.
If you want results with a trainer that genuinely cares about you and your dog. I highly recommend.
10/10 good mannered boi now. I couldn’t thank her enough

I cannot recommend enough!!! Before Allie started working with my dog I was never able to take him anywhere. He would lunge and aggressively bark at any and everyone. I was terrified of ever having guest over. Multiple trainers wouldn’t even see my dog because of his extreme behaviors. From the start she has been wonderfully gentle and patient with my sensitive boy. She’s helped me understand the reasons behind my dogs reactions, and how to redirect his attention. The progress I see is like night and day! He’s gained so much confidence and his fearful reactions have improved tremendously. We’ve had many successful walks, something I never thought possible! I will never go to another trainer again, thank you Allie!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing for the basic and puppy courses is very straight forward, the price per session for behavior modification students is determined prior to the first session and will remain consistent throughout our training. The behavior modification students price is determined by the level of risk that our trainer is at when handling the reactive dog, but the session will cost a minimum of $90. There are absolutely no refunds for any course. If you are unable to attend a session we will happily reschedule you.
If you are interested in meeting on a consistent basis you can always buy a bundle of 10 sessions at once which will help save you money. Check out our website for more details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first identify the problem and what exactly you're looking for your dog to accomplish. Once the problem is identified and we've created a game plan for how to solve it then we make sure you have a clear line of communication to your dog and show you how to apply these new cues and skills in real life situations.
