Dan had a wealth of knowledge and experience to assist us with our project. We've been experiencing water flowing into our basement after heavy rainfall. Dan graded our yard to revert the water towards the street verses flowing into our basement. He also placed fill dirt around the foundation of our home, which will also assist with the amount of standing water that can seep into our basement. We plan on hiring him for future projects as well. We highly recommend him to anyone who has the same issues. Thank you, Dan, for assisting with this project. We're looking forward to your assistance resolving additional issues in the near future.

The mound of dirt in my backyard was atrocious. When Dan finished it was level @ looking like a backyard not a cemetery plot. The removed all debris, seeded, strawed & clean. Job well done.

Dan Richards, ACES, is an excavator and demolition company along with other services. ACES was hired for the demolition of an apartment building and the results were amazing. He and his crew worked diligently making surrounding areas safe. Dan was a pleasure to work with and explained how and what the demo entailed keeping me apprised of the entire project. Neighbors watched as ACES demolish the building and were quite impressed as anyone who saw the project.
