Nick arrived on time with shoe covers on. Explained my ant problem and he treated the interior. I have cats and the poison to ants is ok for domestic animals. He also treated the exterior and found my vole problem from last summer is still an issue. I had used poison in bates, which evidently didn’t work! Before putting out the bates he recommended, Nick explained the treatment and cost. When finished, he gave is personal cell number and encouraged to call him for questions anytime. The company promises to come out in-between treatments if needed, as I did sign up for ongoing quarterly treatments for seasonal pests. I’m very pleased with Nicks friendly customer service and informative answers to my questions.

This was my first time using this company. I have spiders. They spent a lot of time on the outside and I didn't know I had to ask them to do the attached garage and inside. I did talk to them and they are coming back out this week. I appreciate the response and their agent that had came into my home. Repectful and on time.

Richard was absolutely great! He was efficient and knowledgeable and was able to tackle multiple problem areas throughout the home to work towards eliminating an ongoing bug issue that my landlord has not taken seriously since the beginning of July he was so efficient that he even pointed out the buildup of water collecting at the bottom of the fridge provided by my landlord, And explain that I would need to possibly take a look at that considering the bugs are attracting to it again really great bye pleasant and knows what hes doing! Highly recommend

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to us through Thumbtack, we then offer a free over-the-phone consultation so that we can talk about the pests you're seeing, go over our treatment in greater detail, and schedule a time to have a technician come out. We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. It’s more than that. It’s about communication. It’s about really listening to the homeowner, and understanding just how the pests are impacting their way of life. It’s about knowing neighborhood pest trends. It’s about knowing why the pests are there in the first place. It’s knowing the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
