The Chadwick’s did a wonderful job for us with some birds that had nested in an open pipe coming out of the house. Came within a couple hours of my call, considered different options given the situation and after they did their magic the birds left the pipe and lived. Would hire again in a heartbeat if we have any other infestation issues. Highly recommend. Price was very reasonable as well.

Don’t ever call them for rodents, they came 1st time and did their inspection and confirmed I had mice in attic, I paid the service and they threw their treatments every where in my attic, came a month after and checked all their poison and said I don’t have to worry about any rodents in my attic cause the poison isn’t touched, and I paid an extra $50. I called them couple weeks after because I was hearing noise still coming from the attic (especially at night time), they came and did another walk in my attic and they said it’s bird issue not mice, however there was no signs of birds anywhere but couple hay strings at the edge (can be old from years ago). I called couple more companies to do inspection to see what’s going on, and they said I have mice in the attic because of the holes and droppings in my insulation. Called Chadwick again, they said they would charge me $225 AGAIN! to treat for mice and birds!!!!! Don’t even bother if you have rodents, they seem to be very limited in knowledge about rodents. They may be good in other things but not rodents!
