I received great service. After the exterior treatment for insect pests (per my agreement) by two technicians, I was notified bysupervisor James about evidence of rodent pest activity and given a walk through. I have upgraded my agreement and have a future appointment set to address that issue. Very pleased with the professional and attentive care of my home. Would recommend Greenix to other homeowners.

Gordon went above and beyond! He sent me a picture of a hole in the dirt near the foundation. When I asked what might have dug the hole, he reached in and pulled out the dirt until he got to the bottom of it, and recommended treatment for moles.

Such good service today. Jordan Cushenberry was extremely informative. He explained every aspect of how and where he thought the were entering the house. I signed up for a year service, hopefully, it wont take a year to rid the rodents. However, Mr. Cusgenberry was awesome. His service was impeccable. It is his 2nd visit. I had intended to send a review on the first call, but forgot. Thank you for providing quality service people.

I’ve truly tried to be patient and work with Greenix, giving them several months and multiple chances to correct the issues I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, after three months of treatments and retreatments, I’m still dealing with ants, mosquitoes, and sweat bees with absolutely no noticeable improvement.
We’ve been unable to enjoy our backyard because we’re constantly being bitten or swarmed, both during the day and evening. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering we had another company in the past that resolved these issues quickly and effectively.
In addition, a technician show up at my house with no notice, which is unacceptable especially since we have small dogs that go outside.
Despite being scheduled for yet another retreatment next week, I just called to cancel the service after again being forced indoors due to bugs while trying to sit outside in the middle of the afternoon.
While the technician has always been polite and professional, the service simply hasn’t delivered what was promised. I do not understand the glowing reviews, as my experience has been the complete opposite.
