I’ve truly tried to be patient and work with Greenix, giving them several months and multiple chances to correct the issues I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, after three months of treatments and retreatments, I’m still dealing with ants, mosquitoes, and sweat bees with absolutely no noticeable improvement.
We’ve been unable to enjoy our backyard because we’re constantly being bitten or swarmed, both during the day and evening. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering we had another company in the past that resolved these issues quickly and effectively.
In addition, a technician show up at my house with no notice, which is unacceptable especially since we have small dogs that go outside.
Despite being scheduled for yet another retreatment next week, I just called to cancel the service after again being forced indoors due to bugs while trying to sit outside in the middle of the afternoon.
While the technician has always been polite and professional, the service simply hasn’t delivered what was promised. I do not understand the glowing reviews, as my experience has been the complete opposite.

Super polite on the phone when making an appointment. They came out in just a few days. My service tech. was polite and explained everything. So far my flying ants are gone and I don't see them trying to gain access to the outside of my house. I would highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
