- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the project we try to stay competitive but each job presents its own possible challenges which make sq ft and lin ft bidding a dangerous game. We do however use sqft pricing to ball park. We do not like to use fake numbers to get us in a door. We also do not like to up the price of a project because things were overlooked due to sq ft bidding.
