I wasn't planning on replacing my fence this year, but the previous homeowner try to do everything himself and didn't install the vinyl fence correctly. So when heavy winds hit a couple of months ago, half the fence came toppling down. Talk about disappointment because I wasn't planning on replacing the fence any time soon! Top Rail Fence was one of the first companies that I got in touch with to get an estimate. Andy who is the owner came by. He was very friendly and professional. I even chatted with him about another project that I was doing and he offered another contact info for that project. It was greatly appreciated! Andy also went out of his way to answer any questions or problems that I may have had. When his crew came they worked as quickly but precisely as they could and they didn't run into any major problems. I was surprised that they were able to get the fence up in about 6 hours! All in all, I am very pleased with the work Top Rail did and would recommend them to everyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price everything very competitive and give the absolute best price possible on every job. However, we do not want to sacrifice quality for price. We do run promotions and discounts regularly and will always let the customer know when quoting a project. Always happy to work with the customer anyway possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple. We listen to the customer and address all of their needs. If they desire we make suggestions upon what might work best for the project, the surroundings and conditions. We want the customers to feel comfortable with us and know we are there to help, not just make a sale.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have run other businesses and have plenty of experience with direct customer relations and providing great service for them.
