Steven came out within 24 hours after responding to my inquiry. He immediately knew the cause of my problem and had the solution. I had another estimate and was told I needed new springs (at the cost of over $800) on a door and springs that are barely 2 years old! Steven reprogrammed the motor, tighten the springs and viola' the door operates better than it ever did!! He lubricated and did maintenance on both doors at a cost much less than $800. He didn't try to take advantage because I'm female like some other companies I've dealt with. He is very professional, honest and did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I will definitely have him do maintenance on a yearly basis and he will be the person I call if anything else goes wrong with my garage doors. I highly recommend him and his company!

Steven did a great job working through the process of installing a new garage door for my family. We switched colors and options several times, and he was responsive and professional (and patient) the entire time. The removal of our old door and installation of the new one went about as smoothly as they could, and the team also replaced our keypad with a different model I purchased on my own. Overall, I'm very pleased with how things have turned out and would recommend Cascade to anyone who needs help with their garage door.
