Alex was nothing but incredible. He was at my house within two hours of me reaching out, and the work he provided was top-notch. Alex was fantastic. He responded very quickly and came out that same day. He quickly diagnosed the problems (we had more than one appliance with a problem), he ordered the necessary parts, and we scheduled his return visit for a few days later to complete the job.
