I'm usually apprehensive when I need a repairman for one of my appliances. In the case of Alex, it was very different. My dryer was not getting hot. I contacted Alex around 11:00 and he responded within the hour. He came to my house 3 hours later. It took him 10 minutes to find the problem, and he fixed it in the next 45 minutes. He was very polite, professional, and the cost was very reasonable. I will use him again, definitely.
