Postponed the appointment due to “snow” (while it was a bit cold and there was about an inch of snow on the ground, it was no longer snowing and traffic was moving normally) then went “radio silent” when the accepted new time came and went.
So, how can he improve? Showing up would be a good start.
You left us in the lurch when we needed you; we had to make other arrangements on the fly because we thought you’d be dependable and actually show up. You may be the best handyman in the world, but we’ll never know. Severely disappointed.
