FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to get a good "feel" for my new customer first. That way I know how to better approach them when it comes to giving them a price and doing the job. I certainly don't want to find myself going to pick up a dirty napkin out of my customers yard for them to yell at me to get out of their grass! Everyone's different and different things make different people tick, and I get that.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I loved physically doing work. I don't want to sit at a desk, I don't want to stand behind a register for hours at a time. I always wanted to be in the action. Once you finish a project you can tell someone, "Hey look what I did!", and you've physically, either built something great or improved something to be a better version of itself and that feeling is what I live for.
