- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I charge an hourly rate. Unless it’s something that’ll take multiple hours I charge a reasonable flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more information I have on the task at hand the smoother the process. I like planning ahead granted some things are in foreseen but it’s easier work around or through with proper planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College graduate bachelors degree in mechanical engineering.
