- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set our pricing to fit each task/job based on a basic price list we operate off of. We are happy to split up payments on very large projects. Returning customers receive 20% off their next task/project. If a customer refers another customer once that customer has completed their task/project both customers receive a coupon for 25% off their next booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Correspond via phone, text, or email about the project or task. Gather necessary info about the project or task (specifications) also timeline for completion and the schedule availability. Then if it is something that requires pictures or onsite review/estimates we set time and date for that. We are always happy to take time or to have a look at a project or task to let the customer know if we can do that for them and have the ability to get it done by their needs and standards. Go over estimates and time frame with customer, schedule project/task, get that all done and then once customer is satisfied then we get paid.
