- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We plan projects in detail before providing an estimate. We intend to give an accurate price for each project that encompasses all costs. Additional work is necessary from time to time for unforeseen conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary initial consultation with your project concierge and design concierge. Your design concierge will prepare a detailed project packet that includes 3D renderings, floorplans, trade plans, and material types in the design phases. When your project packet is completed your project concierge will estimate labor. You will meet with your design and project concierge for a design and estimate presentation to explain your project features and estimate. At this time, you will select final materials. When materials are finalized you will purchase those. When materials are available we will schedule your project for installation. Your project concierge will work with you, your design concierge, our trusted contractors, and our in house installation team to ensure that your project is completed with the best communication and highest installation standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You design concierges have degrees in interior design and on the job training to ensure your projects translate from rendering to practical daily use. Your project concierges are trained in project management and have extensive installation experience. We value continued training both in the classroom, practical lessons, and on the job training.
