My entire project was completed on time and exactly how I like it from start to finish. The owner took the time to listen to all my requests and made sure to communicate them to his team so there was no confusion. Everything was on time and precise. Any time I had a question he made sure to break down the process and explain things to me. Wonderful business, Wonderful workers. 10/10 would hire them again!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?we have set our prices according to the quality of our work, however we can negotiate the final price to meet our costumer's budget with out lowering our installation standards or cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?once costumer contact us, we will get basic information to schedule a on site field measure we may bring floor samples by costumer request then we will build up a estimate and if both parties agree a down payment is required to start the project, we will schedule installation date. a crew and a project manager will be assigned to the project an once completed costumer will walk through the job to make sure it's 100% completed and make final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been on the flooring installation field for over 15 years and that has given me some level of experience and expertise to help costumers achieve their new floor dreams
