- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work with you on pricing out your flooring to help you get the exact flooring you want. Pinnacle Flooring is below cost when comparing to big box stores.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call and speak with one of our staff and we will set up an apt to come out to your home or office. We will then speak about what kind of flooring you would like and what your budget is. We then measure out your home or office to get precise measurements we use a system called measure square that requires a laser to measure. We bring samples to you, we have a contract with Mohawk and Home Depot. Your satisfaction is important to us, we will not rush you into making a purchase. We are a small family owned business (LLC) and registered with the state. We are also insured through Indiana Farm Bureau.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have completed a 2 year apprenticeship in flooring.
