What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts for larger groups Basic retouching is included: Color correction, blemish removal, eye lightening, teeth whitening. Advanced retouching $15 per photo: Skintone correction and blending, wrinkle fading, other special requests.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or email consultation to determine needs and scope of work. 20 minute set up and tear down. 6 photos in both color and black/white (total 12). Less than one week turnaround time.
