- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is calculated based on the scope of the job. Factors include: bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, partial cleaning, standard vs. deep clean vs. move-in, and degree of messiness. Extras can be added on at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers and strive to make lasting and fruitful relationships with them. We will set you up with an account, document your space and focal areas, work around your schedule, and make everything as stress and worry free as possible. We promise 100% satisfaction and if it's not right, we will make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have been vetted personally and professionally. They all have bare minimum 3 years of experience, have passed a background check, are insured and bonded, and have test cleaned the owners home or a close family member or friend of the owner. We do not trust cleaners in your home unless we can trust them in ours!
