Nakita is. Rock Star. I am a pig in many aspects of my life and and my home rates 3 oinks as I choose to spend every moment possible savoring all the goodness this life has to offer. I knew after a brief phone conversation with Nakita that she had the moxie it would take conquer the daunting task of putting all things domestic in my life back on track. Upon her arrival Nakita was greeted not only by a residence fit for a catastrophic disaster movie set but two of my unannounced house guests that had put a bit of a wrinkle in our initial agenda. After her quick and able recovery of that and the drama imposed by my chronic case of "wherearmykeysandwalet" she triaged the situation and set out to deploy her restoration strategy for the dump I call home. I collected my crew and left her to debut performance in what I refer to as "The Second Fifty" a production that is sure to turn heads from all walks of life. She was very proficient and produced results that would have taken me days to complete. I had months of buildup from soap residue that I had no idea on how to remove and now I can see my sink again! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no set pricing, all pricing is typically based on the detail of each assignment. Bare in mind for cleaning your paying for both my labor and time. I will not accept an assignment where I feel that I cannot do my best work. Sometimes potential clients want the least amount to clean their home, and that is not always the best ideal. Your home has tremendous value, why under estimate it.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first come out to conduct a free consultation. I will probably never accept an assignment without first visiting the property. My free consultation typically last about 30 minutes. I've been at this a while, so once approaching the property I'm quite sure about the task at hand. I would suggest to future clients to focus more on their bathrooms, and kitchens.
