Holly was great from the start. She staying in communication to do a consultation on my place and then fit me in her schedule to clean quickly after that. Holly was very professional and clear in what she could do to get the place in order. I Airbnb and was looking for someone I could trust to turn the house over and get it ready for the next guest. She did such an amazing job with little guidance from me. I feel very confident using her again and knowing my guests will have a pristine home that emulates hotel standards. Thanks Holly!

Hollie did a great job!! She was here when she said she would be. She spent 9 solid hours cleaning and it smelled and looked so nice when she was finished! I have already recommended her to some friends. There wasn't anything that she had to go back and do bc she hit every corner!! I highly recommend hiring her!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a time to come to the home and meet the customer. That way we can meet and I can see the job. I go over everything that will be done each visit. Also, listening to them and seeing exactly what they are looking for. We agree on a price then I get them put on the schedule from there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in a office for a long time as a Leasing Consultant and I got really bored with it because it involved a lot of sitting and I like to move around, So I began cleaning with a friend and really enjoyed it. So I decided to go out on my own because I enjoyed cleaning and I really needed something that I would be able to make my own schedule so I decided to go for it. I have been doing it for 3 years now and it does not even seem like it has been that long. I really enjoy meeting and working with people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I can actually say I have worked with all types of customers. That is one of the things I enjoy the most about it because I get to know all of the different families I work with. I get to learn a lot of new things about all different types of cultures and the I get to see the children grow up.
