I received quotes from several cleaning crews and Karolina was the most responsive. You could tell she wants your business. She has amazing reviews and thought I would give her a shot. She did not disappoint. Before the job: She was responsive and answered her phone when I called to confirm. She communicated her arrival time. Upon meeting her, she first came in to assess the job - it was a much bigger job than she had expected. Instead of just taking the hit, she communicated very well with me and we agreed on a fair price for both of us. A crew of 3, she leads her team well. They got straight to work and I felt comfortable enough to leave them in my home unsupervised. When she was finished she sent me before and after pictures to show her work :) before I could get home to see it for myself, I was satisfied with the work she did and felt at ease. When I got home I came to see they even wiped out the inside of the cupboards. Karolina and her team are warm and professional. I would invite them back anytime. Karolina and crew did a great job! They brought all their own supplies. And I loved their finishing touches--leaving little toilet paper roses in the bathrooms and arranging my throw blankets so decoratively! The house smelled clean and looked so nice. I will definitely call them again when I need cleaning services.

Karolina cleaners whipped through my 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom (plus walkout basement ) house in 3 hours and did an incredible job. I don’t even know how they work so efficiently. We are very pleased! The house looks and smells great. The three ladies here worked so hard. I don’t think they even stopped for lunch. I have been pregnant and have two busy boys under 5 so the house really needed attention. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Karolina cleaners! We are impressed! Well done.
