FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quote/rate for services depends on a combination of factors: what the client wants, i.e. basic or deep, etc., the square footage of area to be cleaned, and the time expended cleaning. I'm aware of what other Service Providers charge and what the State & National average for the specific service is - and I've set my rates lower BUT guarantee I deliver the same if not more superior results!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone or email contact/conversation followed by an in home visit/evaluation. The quote I initially present to a client will be a high guestimate ~ but will be fairly accurate; until I've actually cleaned the home and monitored the time expended cleaning, the final fee won't be determined til the job is complete... but it will not exceed the initial quote unless tasks have been added after the fact. Subsequent cleanings tend to be completed sooner, once the cleaner gets the home in a maintenance mode, which may bring the fee down, also. If both parties are in agreement/understanding as to services required and quote/rate submitted, then the cleaning will be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After retiring from the military, worked for a few cleaning services; discovered I was pretty good at!
