- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I obviously can't do anything to influence material cost, but outside of that I'm pretty willing to do what I can to help cater to your price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for them to describe to me exactly what they have in mind for a project. I want to know what they want a finished product to be. That way if we run into issues down the road we can make necessary course corrections to get back on track as quick as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of on the job training as well as OSHA and NCCER basic hand tools training
