- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are one of the best in the industry .We do not try to gorge customers into paying more than necessary .For example . our junk removal starts $130 our full load starts at $180 .Please add $60for the cost disposal .We are environmentally conscious company hence all items are properly dispossessed according to local government regulations .Please be weary of company that dump junk illegally on street corners . All quotes on Thumbtack are strictly estimates and could be higher or lower depending on your actual needs.Please note that cost of disposal is a additional charge of $20 for gas for our vehicle .There are also additional charges fir disposal of Refrigerators and Air Conditioners,cost more for disposal
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process are simple and straight forward.You send us photos of the junk to be removed and we send you a quote .Payment is always after the job is completed and inspected by the customer.
