- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request that the customer visit our website and familiarize themselves with the services we offer. After they conclude Innovative Environments, LLC might be a fit for their project they can submit an inquiry via the website or we can set up an in home consultation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
No matter what type of project you do it is always a good idea to get the opinion of more than one contractor. There are a lot of contractord to choose from take a minute to do some research and make sure they are using proper installation procedures. Also, it is a good idea to get a guarantee in writing, if they don't offer it up front it might mean they don't plan on honoring it down the road. Like anything, cheaper isn't always better and if the project isn't installed properly you will likely be paying a lot more down the road in repairs to have it installed correctly.
