FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At the moment my prices are firm. I am very reasonable with my prices. I charge what needs to be charged. No hidden few. I would have to get pictures or actually look at the property to give you a price. I brake it down to you so you know how much you are paying for the work you will receive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all I will introduce myself to the new customer. See if they were referred to me or how they heard about my company. I will ask what they want to get done at their house. I will listen to their request, look around and probably suggest for few arrangements to make it even prettier if needed. Our goal is to not only make the customers happy but for your house to be the envy of your neighbors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no type of education for the type of work. The only training that I have is 3 years of prior experience working for a bigger company. That is where I decided to make the decision to open my own landscaping company.
