FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, competitive, and based on the size of the yard, the type of work needed, and how often the service is required. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing — every yard is different, and I want to make sure you’re only paying for the services you actually need. I offer free estimates, and I’m always upfront about costs with no hidden fees. My goal is to provide quality work at a price that makes sense for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I like to keep things simple and clear. First, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what services you’re looking for — whether it’s regular mowing, a one-time cleanup, trimming, edging, or something else. Then, I’ll come out to take a look at the yard so I can give you an accurate quote based on the size and condition of the property. Once we agree on the price and service schedule, I’ll get to work — either right away or at a time that works best for you. I make sure to keep communication open, show up on time, and leave your yard looking clean and well cared for. Customer satisfaction is my top priority, especially with new clients — I want to make a strong first impression and earn your trust for future work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I don’t have formal education in landscaping, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience through years of personal work and helping friends and family with their yards. I’ve developed a strong understanding of proper lawn care techniques, from mowing and edging to weed control and seasonal cleanups. I also stay up-to-date on the latest best practices in the industry by researching new tools, products, and trends. In addition, I’m always looking to improve my skills — whether through online resources, trial-and-error on various projects, or asking fellow professionals for tips. For me, every project is an opportunity to learn and grow in this field.
