I hate giving bad reviews, but this is necessary. Richard from Above the trim visited my property because it was in need of several cosmetic repairs. His fee to come visit the property was $40, which I thought was reasonable since it would be applied to the final bill.
After paying the fee I expected a proposal or estimate within a few days as promised. It’s been over a week since our walk through and I still haven’t seen an estimate. This company is extremely unprofessional and I’m happy I didn’t move forward. In my opinion, they stole $40 from me and probably never intended to move forward. Buyer beware. Don’t get sucked in by the lower rate.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We had employees that we had fired due to them not getting things done correctly. The $40 dollars is refunded and will be receiving 3-4 business days.
