FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project we handle is a bit unique! Because of that, we don’t use a one-size-fits-all price list. Instead, our pricing depends on the height and difficulty of the job. A straightforward ground-level project is priced differently than a high-access or technically complex setup that requires extra safety gear and time. If you can give us a few details about what you need, we'd be happy to put together a custom quote for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• 1. Initial Consultation & Details: You reach out to us with your project needs. We’ll ask a few quick questions about the scope of the work, including the height and layout of the job site, to understand the full picture. • 2. Customized Quote: Because pricing depends on the height and difficulty of the job, we create a tailored estimate specifically for you. If needed, we'll do a quick site visit or look at photos you provide to ensure accuracy. • 3. Scheduling & Preparation: Once you approve the quote, we lock in a date and time that works best for your schedule. We’ll let you know exactly what to expect and how to prepare the area (if necessary). • 4. Job Execution & Wrap-Up: Our team arrives on time, reviews the safety protocols, and completes the work to the highest standard. We do a final walkthrough with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied before we pack up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For me, masonry is a family trade. I’ve been around job sites since I was little, learning the ins and outs of the craft directly from the generation before me. That hands-on upbringing taught me the traditional techniques, structural fundamentals, and attention to detail that you just can't get from a textbook. Over the years, I’ve combined that lifelong foundation with modern safety standards and field experience to make sure every job is built to last.
