We have worked with numerous families that are frustrated due to their situation that has to do with mold. From the office to the field work, they were exceptional. They addressed my concerns and tested for mold while explaining the process. They looked for the best area to test. We're polite and let me know if I had any questions about the names or types of mold the office would help. And sure enough they answered all my questions about the names I couldn't pronounce. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is determined by actually evaluating the work that needs to be performed. There are many variables to consider when providing a scope of work. We provide free estimates!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client calls our office to set up an appointment with one of our highly-trained field supervisors. The field supervisor evaluates the area in question and provides a scope of work that will eliminate the mold. A written proposal is provided that includes the scope of work with the option to accept the work. Upon completion of the work, a receipt and warranty certificate is provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the state of Indiana in Mold Control (Category 13) through the Office of the State Chemist. We also have certifications for mold control. We follow The Clean Trust (formerly IICRC) guidelines for mold remediation.
