- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable and affordable. When a customer purchases multiple services I apply a 10 to 20% discount depending on the kind of services they are acquiring from me. Customers will see that my prices are at least 20% cheaper with a better quality then all of my competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking what their concerns are regarding the service they are acquiring from me. I make sure to explain the process that I use to get the job properly completed. I make sure to answer any questions and concerns they have. I try to leave them with the best customer service experience as well as a great service. We treat all of our customers like how I would like my mother and wife to be treated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA sertified and I am also a medical assistant. I've been trained and certified to work with chemicals and bloodborne pathogens. I know the processes on having a clean work place as well as the process of maintaining and creating a healthy environment wheather in a home or business.
