Tony gave me a heads up they were in the area and could do it on Saturday. They showed up when they predicted with four people and got all the moving done in 30 minutes. So they communicated, showed up on time with great attitude and had enough horsepower to make short work of it. Very pleased.

My biggest issue with using this company is the up charge at the end ruined it for me. The move went from 12:20pm to 5:20 pm. I had my own truck, asked one of them to drive it to unload so I could drive my own vehicle & was charged an additional $100 for that. This included loading, stopping for snacks on the way to unload (the movers asked to stop), then unloading. Tony came to me at 5:25 to say they needed another hour to unload, for an extra $120. I was upset about it but agreed. What else could I do at this point. At 5:40pm they were done! I asked Tony to work with me on the additional $120 but he said he couldn't due to company policy as they work by the hour not minute. I feel taken advantage of because grace was given to them throughout the entire time and he couldn't give it back. Not to mention a few other things that took place that overall left me unsatisfied as a customer such as they arrived 20 minutes late, didn't come prepared with tools except a dolly I had to go buy straps and borrowed a pair of pliers from Auto Zone and some of my furniture is scratched up. I also asked Tony to put certain boxes upstairs and he didn't communicate that to his team. Several items were disassembled to move and not reassembled unless I paid extra. I believe they also helped my new neighbor move her fridge on my time & dime. Antonio and the other guy were nice and helpful. They are the only reason I didn't leave a no star review.
