These guys were amazing!! They unloaded a 16 foot moving truck for me which involved going up and down an elevator and walking back and forth down a long hallway repeatedly and they didn't even stop to take a single break. They went above and beyond and even stayed longer than they needed to and put together my bed frame which is pretty much on its last legs and is starting to fall apart. But they made it work and I have no doubt I would not have been able to put that thing together myself. The flat rate they charged was beyond reasonable and I had to double check that it was actually a flat rate and not an hourly rate because I couldn't believe how low the price was. I will definitely use them again the next time I need anything moved. Thank you guys so much for your help!! I appreciate it so much!!

My first experience with a moving company, and unfortunately it was by far the worst.They never called to confirm my appointment on the day of the move.Ray made it a point to mention that his truck was down and he might need to rent a U-Haul, acting as though it was an inconvenience for him.They showed up late, and although the agreement was for two movers, Ray came alone. The second person didnt arrive until 2 hours later.It took them 10 hours just to move a 2-bedroom apartment, which is completely unreasonable.They were careless with my furniture, leaving damage that required maintenance to fix.Parts of my bed frame were lost because Ray left my items on the truck while helping another customer, then assumed my furniture pieces belonged to them.He failed to reassemble my washer/dryer and bed as he originally promised in our agreement.This company was unprofessional, unprepared, and careless. Be very cautious hiring Raysave yourself the headache and look elsewhere.0/5 stars

Thank you for your honesty feedback of your experience. The experience you received during the day of your move does not reflect the example of service we typically give or you should have received . We apologize for the shortage of movers and lack of communication prior to your move. Note you were not only not charged until two movers arrived and once they did arrived your move exceeded 8 hours do yo several factors including the logistics and distance from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck, the stairs, the amount of possessions you have, time taken to wrap and pad delicate items to prevent damages, as well as disassembly and reassembly. These are realities of moving and time spent doing so. Time is priceless and we definitely let you down by not having the adequate amount of workers to begin your move which may have inconvenienced you and we apologize. Also note if there's a risk of damage being done because of previous assembly or anything is not properly set up, to protect ourselves from blame that did not stem from our service but someone priors mishap or something not properly placed, we will not disassemble or disattach as was the case with your bed frame and your washer and dryer hook up.
Peices of property lost or mishandle out side of an actual scheduled move has nothing to do with WE HAUL IT LLC. Nor should it be noted in a review pertaining to WE HAUL IT LLC for anything done or agreed upon between you and anyone associated with our company for free and isn't a move or service scheduled through the company is you and the individuals responsibility and in no way are we responsible for anything but what was done during the day of your actual scheduled move.
Over all we are genuinely saddened by the fact that your first moving experience with a moving company was by far not a pleasant one.
We will take your feedback of your experience to heart and make sure by any means no one in the future has to deal with any issues that accrued during your move day.

I was in a last minute crisis and I was referred to this company by a family friend and let me tell you these guys were the absolute best was on time very professional rate was beyond reasonable overall if anybody needs a move these are the guys to do it they are beyond 5 star thanks again anybody I know who needs to move Im sending them to you!!
