Introduction: I have been a notary for 14 years. I previously owned another similar company for 7 years pre - COVID. I started MY INDIANA NOTARY LLC to more closely align with my goals and vision for this company as my previous company was more process service focused. I am detail oriented and strive to create the best possible client experience. Most of my signings have been in a healthcare setting, which creates its own set of unique challenges. I spent 28 years in the public safety field and understand how to navigate these challenges. I aim to help the client through those challenges by ensuring that they understand the process and that it is completed correctly. My focus is quality. I don't cut corners, even when it's more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, I will take the time to make sure you're 100% happy and understand the process.

MY INDIANA NOTARY LLC strives to provide fair, competitive pricing. We offer discounts to senior citizens, military and public safety personnel. Please be ready to show your Military or Public Safety ID to qualify for the discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The goal of working with a new client is to streamline the process as much as possible. I use a CRM that automates most of the process. Once you accept my bid on Thumbtack, I will reach out to you to set up the additional details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a notary public since 2010. My primary focus has been in the healthcare setting working with families going through the struggles of having a loved one in a healthcare setting unexpectedly. My goal is to make the process as easy as possible.
