- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do most projects at one set fee with half paid up front, a quarter paid at the half way mark and the last quarter paid at the conclusion of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send over a link to my calendar and we set up an intake interview. If we are a good fit, I send over contracts while I work on a calendar/timeline for the completion of the work. I do a follow up call to answer any questions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out of necessity during the height of the pandemic. I needed something that was consistent and kept my family and I safe.
