- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garrison Law Firm handles personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis. That means that we don't take an attorney fee until we have collected for you!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with a free consultation. By phone, in our office, or at a location of your choosing, you will get a free case review so you know what to expect from your case and my team. 2. Hire our team: You will be given a simple agreement to sign that will allow us to get started working for you. It will also spell out how we handle attorney fees on a contingent fee basis.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1983 after graduating from Indiana University at Indianapolis School of Law that same year. Since then, I have spent my entire career working with injured people just like you.
