I have only had a limited number of contacts with this office so far. #1) I sent the original email or text looking for someone who would at least look into my case. This Law Firm answer back promptly which is a triple plus in my book. #2) They responded with a request for me to call their office and set up an intake appointment - due to my own schedule there was a delay in getting that done but once I called and gave them my availability they gave me an appointment right away. #3) I met with Mr. Garrison on Friday, September 27, 2019 and he put me at ease almost immediately. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable and just an all around good person that I like. I had no problem signing a contract with and hiring him to handle my case. He is very easy to discuss my case or possibly the lack of a case with. It is hard to say at this point because I feel like I am still in a free fall and I have not hit bottom yet.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Garrison Law Firm handles personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis. That means that we don't take an attorney fee until we have collected for you!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Start with a free consultation. By phone, in our office, or at a location of your choosing, you will get a free case review so you know what to expect from your case and my team.
2. Hire our team: You will be given a simple agreement to sign that will allow us to get started working for you. It will also spell out how we handle attorney fees on a contingent fee basis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1983 after graduating from Indiana University at Indianapolis School of Law that same year. Since then, I have spent my entire career working with injured people just like you.
